(added 10/22/18) I have a client who has a trailer home (heated with LP) on her parent’s land where the parents have a house. The parents are not in our database. The electric vendor says there is only one meter for the property. Both the Dad and daughter have their names on this account, with this name listed first. The daughter has a separate LP tank and account. Her benefit is always applied to her account with the propane vendor. Because the electric is on one account, should we be concerned with the parents receiving moratorium protection even though they haven’t applied for the program?
